Our journey began with a simple realisation. Modern diets are filled with refined sugar, often hidden in foods we eat every day. We wanted to make it easier for people to rediscover one of nature's original sweeteners, 100% pure British honey.
That search led us to one of nature's most remarkable creations. Not just honey itself, but the incredible diversity found across Britain's landscapes.

We are not beekeepers. Instead, we partner with trusted British beekeepers who share our commitment to quality, sustainability and respect for the natural rhythm of the hive. We carefully source exceptional honey from across England, selecting varieties that showcase the richness and diversity of British flora.
Our role is simple. To discover exceptional British honey and share it with people who appreciate authenticity, quality and flavour.
Each batch is chosen for its distinctive character before being carefully bottled, labelled and prepared under The Dripping Hive brand. We don't make the honey. We respectfully jar what the bees have perfected.
